Hinckley, Minn. – Believing that the development of leadership skills is the single biggest factor in the success of its Associates and the organization, Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures just wrapped up its annual MLCV Leadership Conference 2017. The theme of this year’s event, which occurred June 5 through June 7, was Discover the Potential in Others.

“That really gets at the heart of what we do as an organization – we discover the potential within our people,” said Joe Nayquonabe, Jr., CEO of Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures. “We believe in the potential of our Associates, and we ask those in leadership positions within our organization to identify and foster the growth of leadership characteristics within their teams and departments, for the greater success of us all.”

SERVE Award Winners Announced

Following completion of the conference MLCV announced the winners of its annual SERVE Award. The SERVE award recognizes leaders who demonstrate and lead using “The MLCV Way,” and who use the leadership philosophy that a leader’s role is to SERVE (Support, Engage, Re-invest, Value and Empower) Associates by building relationships.
