MILLE LACS CORPORATE VENTURES NAMES STEVE DAHLE AS CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER

Onamia, Minn., September 9, 2021 — Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV) announced that Steve Dahle has been promoted to Chief Innovation Officer (CIO). In this role, Steve will oversee the Innovation Department, which is responsible for streamlining business processes, elevating the Guest experience, supporting long-term customer loyalty; and drive exponential revenue growth.

Most recently, Steve served as VP of Data Analytics for MLCV where he led a diverse team of Data Scientists and IT professionals to discover unique and actionable insights about a variety of MLCV businesses. Steve also has extensive experience in Database Marketing, focusing on overall player reinvestment and loyalty programs at Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., The Fine Point Group, Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, and Hard Rock Casino Hotel Sacramento at Fire Mountain.
